This page explains what happens to information you share through this website. It is written to be read, not survived. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain it plainly.

Who we are

What we collect

• Whatever you type into the contact form — name, email, website, what you need, and your message.
• Basic analytics: which pages were viewed, rough country-level location, and the site that referred you.
• Correspondence: emails, call notes and documents exchanged while we work together.

No payment details are collected on this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to scope and carry out work you've asked for, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. That's the entire list. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and filling in the contact form does not add you to any mailing list.

Form handling

When you submit the contact form it is sent to a small function running on our own hosting, which emails the contents straight to info@novatrixdigital.in and does nothing else with it. There is no third-party form service in the path, no database behind this website, and nothing from the form is stored on the site itself. Your message ends up in one place: our inbox.

Three companies handle the message in transit: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the function that receives the form; Resend, which delivers the resulting email; and Google, whose mail servers store it in our inbox. Each is subject to its own privacy terms. All three carry the message and nothing more — none of them holds a copy for their own purposes.

The form carries a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in. If the form cannot reach our server — a network problem, or an ad blocker interfering — it offers you a pre-filled email link instead, so nothing you have typed is lost. That fallback opens your own email app; nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself.

Client account access

During an engagement we may be granted access to your Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Shopify or hosting accounts. That access is used only for the agreed work, never shared onward, and handed back when the engagement ends.

How long it's kept

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Beyond that, you can ask us to delete anything at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where analytics is used it is configured without cross-site identifiers, and your browser's "do not track" preference is respected.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond within thirty days — usually the same week.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page will change and active clients will be told directly.
